CYCLE & CARRIAGE SHOWROOM
RE-EXAMINING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
The project focused on re-examining the showroom design to enhance the customer journey and touchpoints. Starting in March 2020, we developed a new corporate identity for MB Germany, which involved a thorough analysis of the current customer flow and their needs. A standout feature of the redesign is the direct access from the basement car park, allowing customers to walk seamlessly into the showroom. This eliminates the need to exit and re-enter from L1.
We also removed customer service desks and minimized paperwork, transforming the entire area into an inviting consultation space. This arrangement allows customers to choose their seating while service consultants come to them, rather than requiring customers to move to the consultants' areas. Moreover, the showroom’s design brilliantly showcases cars in their natural environment; the floor, walls, and ceiling create a horizon scene, blending ground and sky as the backdrop. The use of stone carpet flooring effectively mimics real road tarmac, further enhancing the immersive experience.
