For this Neighbourhood Renewal for 13 blocks of Apartment blocks in Woodlands, the proposal attempts to connect pockets of green open spaces to form a singular green belt through the estate which joins up to the adjacent Admiralty Park.

Three nodes of green spaces are identified within the estate and proposed to be developed into three distinct park facilities incorporating play and fitness equipment together with community gardening areas.
